1. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you request account deletion, the following will occur:
- You will lose access to your account immediately
- All personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems
- Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited (non-refundable)
- Referral commissions and pending bonuses will be canceled
- Your account cannot be recovered or reactivated
2. Data That May Be Retained
For legal compliance, we may retain certain data:
- Transaction Records: Retained for up to 7 years for tax and anti-money laundering compliance
- Fraud Prevention Data: Information related to suspected fraud may be retained indefinitely
- Backup Systems: Residual data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days
Data Retention Period: Most personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion confirmation.
3. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion through:

- Via Email: Send a request from your registered email to info@PlusoneData.com with subject "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST"
Verification Required: All deletion requests require email verification for security.
4. Processing Time
- Immediate: Account access is suspended immediately upon request
- Cooling-off Period: 7-day period during which you can cancel your request
- Full Processing: Complete deletion takes up to 30 days from confirmation
5. Canceling a Deletion Request
If you change your mind, you can cancel within 7 days by logging in and selecting "Cancel Deletion". After 7 days, the process cannot be reversed.
